That first Christmas morn

Jesus Christ was born.

Men both great and small.....

 There are spiritual concepts that are hard for us to grasp. That's because God is God. His ways are higher than our ways and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. If we could understand everything about God, He wouldn't be God.

 You are custom made. Psalms 139 tells us that God knit you together in your mother's womb and scheduled each day of your life. God knew just how He wanted you to look.

 Once a poor lame beggar

Sat beside a gate,

Begging alms from everyone,

That was how he ate.

 Did you ever feel like God didn’t answer your prayer? Like you prayed and prayed, but God just didn’t hear you?

How great His love must be

To send His Son to die for me,

God, Himself come to earth

As this Babe of lowly birth.

 It was just a little lie.

It didn’t hurt anyone,

But it got me out of trouble

For the bad thing I had done.

 Our little KB had Kawasaki,

A bad disease which is yucky-yaki!

But Jesus said, “Don’t worry, PRAY,

For I can take it all away.”

 Popcorn, popcorn,

What a hard little kernel are you!

But God has placed in your heart

A tiny drop of dew.

Show me your eyes.

Can you close them tight?

Are they opened or closed

When you sleep at night? 

 Dear Parents,

Today in Sunday School we shared the Easter story with your child.....

 The Lord made the world in just six days.

Everything He made is worthy of praise.

On the seventh day God rested His hand

And enjoyed a look at His land.

Praise Him. Praise the Lord.

Sing and praise His name.
